30 and 31 March 2017, Utrecht University -
Join the Utrecht Platform for Creativity in Education (UPCE) conference entitled ‘Empowering Creativity in Education’. A group of distinguished scholars are brought together to facilitate an interdisciplinary discussion on creativity in education. Recent findings and theories on creativity in education are discussed. Besides this, we aim to strengthen our platform by building on a network of creativity scholars and interested practitioners.

This event takes place at the Boothzaal (University Library) at Utrecht University  on 30 and 31 March 2017. You can register until the 24th of March! During the event there are several very reputable speakers (Prof. Mark Runco, Prof. Todd Lubart, Dr. David Cropley, Dr. Maciej Karwowski, Prof. Roni Reiter-Palmon, and Prof. Giovanni Corazza), presentations, posters sessions, workshops, an in-depth discussion, and a creativity market.

We would be delighted if you attend our conference. In the attachment you can find the conference program. More information about the conference and the registration procedure can be found at.:

We think this is a rare and exciting opportunity to bring together an international community to advance important fields of knowledge regarding creativity in education. If you know anyone else who might be interested in joining, please feel free to forward this invitation. We hope we can count on having the advantage of your expertise as part of this conference, and look forward to hear about your interest and availability at your earliest convenience.

Sincerely yours,
On behalf of our entire UPCE research group,

Prof dr. Kiene Brillenburg Wurth
Dr. Evelyn Kroesbergen
