Symposium | Technology 4 Collaborative learning

October 13th, University of Twente - 
At October 13th, the University of Twente will organise a symposium called ‘Technology 4 Collaborative Learning’. This symposium will start with a keynote lecture of our visiting scholar Hanna Järvernoja, Principal Investigator in Learning and Educational Technology, University of Oulu. In her keynote Supporting motivation and emotion regulation as a part of groups’ regulated learning, she will discuss the role of motivation and emotions in collaborative learning settings and describe how technology can be used in order to support individuals and groups in regulating their learning process. After her keynote, several researchers of the department Educational Science and Instruction Technology will present how they use technology to measure and support collaborative learning in a research carousel. After the research carousel, there is ample time to discuss with the researchers in round table format their projects, followed by drinks. The symposium will take place at the University of Twente from 13.30-17.30h, details will be available soon via https://www.utwente.nl/bms/owk/research/symposium/ All ICO-members are invited to join (limited places available!), registration is possible via s.schele@utwente.nl
