Postgraduate Methodology & Statistics courses at Utrecht University:

We would like to draw your attention to the following Postgraduate Methodology & Statistics courses that are offered at Utrecht University: 


1. Mplus: how to get started; a 1-day course to get introduced to the software package Mplus; Wednesday December 11, 2013 (again in February 2014, see below); 
2. Multilevel modeling with HLM; a 3-day course on multilevel modeling using the software package HLM; January 7, 8, and 9, 2014; 
3. Kwalitatieve analyse: Theorie en praktijk; a 3-day course on qualitative analysis taught in Dutch; on January 30, February 6 and 13, 2014; 
4. Mplus: how to get started; a 1-day course to get introduced to the software package Mplus; Friday February 14, 2014; 
5. Applied multiple imputation using SPSS and R; a 3-day course on handling missing data; March 5, 6, and 7, 2014; 
6. Longitudinal data analysis: Current best methods; a 5-day course on diverse methods for analyzing longitudinal data; March 10-14, 2014; 
7. Introduction to multilevel analysis; a 4-day course on multilevel modeling using HLM; July 7-10, 2014; 
8. Survey research: Design, implementation, and data processing; a 5-day course covering the essentials of survey methodology and analysis; August 11-15, 2014; 
9. Survey research: Statistical analysis and estimation; a 5-day in-depth course on total survey error (i.e., coverage, sampling, nonresponse, and measurement error); August 18-22, 2014; 
10. Applied multivariate analysis; a 10-day course offering hands-on experience with SPSS for the most frequently encountered multivariate statistical techniques; August 18-29, 2014 
11. Introduction to Structural Equation Modelling using Mplus; a 5-day course providing the basics of SEM and hands-on experience with Mplus; August 18-22, 2014; 
12. Advanced course on using Mplus; a 5-day course for the more experienced Mplus user; August 25-29, 2014;
